Where are you based?
We're based in Kuala Lumpur — and most of our work happens across Asia and Europe. From local Malaysian weddings to destination editorial work in Bali, Seoul, Tuscany, and beyond.
Do you travel?
Always. Some of our most meaningful work happens far from home. Tell us where, and we'll tailor a quote that includes everything — no surprises.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (October–February in Asia, June–September in Europe), 6–12 months ahead. For smaller weddings or off-peak dates, 3–6 months is comfortable.
Do you only shoot weddings?
Weddings are our specialty, but we also document elopements, intimate ceremonies, engagements, and editorial sessions when the story calls for it.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding sessions?
Yes. For destination weddings, a couple portrait session is included — a quiet hour at the location, capturing you in a place you'll never forget. For local weddings, engagement sessions are available as an add-on.
Do you cover multi-day cultural celebrations?
Yes — anywhere in the world. We've documented full Malay weddings, Indian and Punjabi multi-day events, Chinese tea ceremonies, and editorial weekend celebrations across cultures and continents. Multi-day coverage is offered as a custom collection — built around your specific traditions and timeline.
What gear do you use?
Sony full-frame bodies paired with G Master lenses. Backup gear travels with us on every wedding. But the gear is the least interesting part — it's the eye behind the camera that matters.
How long do you cover the wedding?
Coverage is tailored to your day. From morning preparations to the last dance — we shape it around the moments you don't want to miss.
What does it cost?
Our collections are tailored by region — Malaysia, Asia, and worldwide. After your inquiry, we'll send the right one for you. Begin your inquiry.
How many photographers will be there?
Two — Qay and Liya — by default. If your day calls for more coverage, we can add a third photographer at request.
What if something happens and you can't shoot?
We have a small network of trusted second-shooters and peer photographers we'd call upon in a true emergency. In a decade of weddings, we've never had to. But your day is protected — we don't take that responsibility lightly.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
We've shot through tropical storms, mountain mist, and unexpected weather. Bad weather often produces the most memorable images — soft light, drama, real emotion. We adapt without complaint.
When will we receive our photos?
Within 30 working days of your wedding. Each gallery is hand-curated and edited with the same attention given to the day itself.
How many photos will we receive?
400+ images, every one curated with intention. Some weddings produce more — but every frame earns its place in your story.
Do you provide RAW files?
No. Editing is part of our craft — what you receive is the finished work, not the unprocessed material. This is industry-standard for editorial photographers.
Do you sign NDAs for private weddings?
Yes. Discretion is part of how we work. NDAs and full non-publication agreements are available — we treat them as bespoke arrangements with an additional fee, since these images cannot become part of our portfolio.
We're not great at posing. Will you direct us?
Posing isn't our language. We guide gently when needed, but the best images happen when you're being yourselves — not performing for the camera.
Do you offer printed albums?
Yes — bespoke fine art albums, available as add-ons to any collection. A finely crafted book that lets you relive the day in your hands.
